CAST Utility

This utility is a Java Applet that applies CAST to value a given Piece when used with a particular board.

Notes

1. If the piece has an unlimited move, such as the Rook or Bishop, then the "Move" should be entered as "0" (a zero).
2. This version does not incorporate valuations for Command and Range.
