Just Balanced Chess

Introduction

In chess, white has a very slight advantage from moving first. This variant attempts to balance white's first move advantage by giving black its own advantage.

Rules

Black's king pawn (on e7) may move (non-capturing) one square diagonally forward. It may make this special move only once during a game.
